Delivery, returns and payment

Shipping & delivery
We deliver in Nairobi, to towns across Kenya, and worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the options, cost and estimated time for your location before you pay.
Upcountry, you can choose matatu or bus delivery to your town. The fare is included in the delivery fee, and you may name your preferred company, such as 2NK Sacco, Easy Coach or Dreamline.
Matatu and bus parcels are delivered only up to the company's office in your town. You, or someone you name, collect the parcel there; we phone you when it is on its way.

Returns & exchanges
If something is not right with your order, get in touch within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We will work out the right solution with you: a replacement, a repair or a refund. Items returned without their original packaging may not be eligible.

Payment & currency
Pay with M-Pesa at checkout, or choose bank transfer / invoice for schools and orders from outside Kenya.
Prices are set in Kenyan shillings and shown in the currency you choose in the header. Orders are charged in KES.

Frequently asked questions
What age groups do your materials suit?
We stock materials for every Montessori plane of development: Infant Toddler (0-3), Early Childhood (3-6) and Elementary (6-12). Browse each age group from the menu above to see what is available.
How do I choose the right materials for my classroom or home?
Start with the core Practical Life and Sensorial materials for younger children, then build out into Language, Mathematics and Culture as they progress. Get in touch if you would like guidance for your specific setting.
Do you supply schools and training centres, not just parents?
Yes. We work with Montessori schools, teacher-training centres and homeschooling parents across the region.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
Prices are set in Kenyan shillings and shown in the currency you choose in the header. Pay with M-Pesa at checkout, or choose bank transfer / invoice if you are ordering from outside Kenya or for a school.
Do you ship outside Kenya?
Yes. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options and cost for your country before you pay.
